Our work centers on three areas: title and closings, title problems, and property tax corrections and planning. These matters often involve defects in ownership, gaps in the public record, unresolved liens, assessment errors, or other issues that prevent property from being sold, financed, or transferred cleanly.
We operate statewide in Illinois, with a particular focus on Cook County and the surrounding collar counties, as well as Southern Illinois including Williamson, Jackson, and Franklin Counties.
